Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented International Trade Operations Specialist and freshers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international trade practices, regulations, and documentation processes. This role will be responsible for managing various aspects of international trade operation, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute international trade transactions in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to facilitate trade finance and payment transactions.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of trade documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
• Monitor changes in trade regulations and advise relevant stakeholders on potential impacts.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, logistics, and legal, to streamline trade operations and resolve issues.
• Maintain relationships with customs authorities, trade agencies, and other external partners.
• Analyze trade data and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
•  Experience in international trade operations, preferably in a multinational company or financial institution.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, including INCOTERMS, customs procedures, and trade compliance requirements.
• Experience working with banks and financial institutions to facilitate trade finance transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and trade management software platforms.
